FEE SCHEDULE

​Dr. Fan’s fee schedule is as following:​​​

The first session usually takes 20 to 60 minutes depending on the complexity of each case. The follow-ups can be 5 to 60 minutes, depending on your progress.

Payment is due at the time of service.  Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, and check payments are accepted. We do not accept insurance but you can submit the invoice to your Flexible Spending account if applicable.

Last week one morning I woke up with excruciating pain in my ankle. I could not walk or drive or even move with the horrific pain.
