About Us

The Center for Natural Cures is headed by Sharon Fan, a China-trained physician and a U.S. board-certified naturopathic doctor, who has nearly 30 years’ experience in natural healing and medical research. She is a 1985 graduate of the Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a leading medical school of holistic healthcare in China.

Thereafter, she practiced internal medicine in Beijing until 1988, when she came to the United States to pursue post-graduate study in biomedical sciences. She subsequently engaged in advanced research in immune disorders and infectious diseases at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and the Naval Medical Research Institute.

Since 1999, when she founded the Center, Dr. Fan has continued to receive advanced training in bio-energetic medicine and nutrition. She has also incorporated cutting-edge technologies into her practice to identify the root causes of health and life challenges and to help her clients rapidly regain balance, vitality and optimal well-being in their lives.

Dr. Fan is certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board. She is also a Certified Yuen Method® Consultant and Instructor.
