Last week one morning I woke up with excruciating pain in my ankle. I could not walk or drive or even move with the horrific pain. Since I was not able to go to the hospital, I contacted Sharon and she immediately got on the phone to help me with the Yuen method. In the first five minutes my ankle was beginning to improve and within fifteen minutes my ankle was pain free, flexible and I could walk again! The pain has not returned and my ankle is completely healed. I was so full of energy after the call, I took a two mile walk and was amazed that there wasn’t the smallest hint of the previous pain.
